- 02I have several vehicles available for your ride or event needs. I have black SUVs, stretch limos, stretch SUVs, town cars/sedans, party buses, sprinter vans, shuttle buses, and charter buses. You can visit our Fleet page for more details about our available fleet. If you have any specific requirements (such as extra space or handicap accessibility), please mention them during booking so I can ensure the right vehicle is available.

- 12If your flight is delayed, please call or text me as soon as you’re aware at 832-269-3796. I will monitor your flight (using your flight number, if provided) and adjust your pickup time accordingly whenever possible. In the case of an extended delay and I am unavailable, I work with trusted taxi and limo partners to ensure you are still picked up promptly. Please note: if there are any delays after landing, such as luggage issues, lost baggage, or situations where luggage must be retrieved or returned, additional wait time may apply. We allow for standard airport wait time, but beyond that, a fee of $50 per hour will be charged for extended delays.

- 16If you leave something behind, please contact me as soon as possible by phone (832-269-3796) or email (shelly.castle@impeccablerideshare.com). A nominal $50 return fee applies to compensate your driver and is only charged once your item is confirmed returned. After your driver locates your item, you’ll get a notification to arrange pickup or delivery. The driver will do their best to help you recover your lost item or arrange a return.
