- 02I have several vehicles available for your ride or event needs. I have black SUVs, stretch limos, stretch SUVs, town cars/sedans, party buses, sprinter vans, shuttle buses, and charter buses. You can visit our Fleet page for more details about our available fleet. If you have any specific requirements (such as extra space or handicap accessibility), please mention them during booking so I can ensure the right vehicle is available.

- 12If your flight is delayed, please call me as soon as you learn about it at 832-269-3796.(tel:8322693796) I’ll monitor your flight (using your flight number if provided) and adjust your pickup time if possible. Should there be an extended delay and I'm unavailable, I work with other taxi/limo services to ensure you’re picked up.

- 16If you leave something behind, please contact me as soon as possible by phone (832-269-3796)(tel:8322693796) or email (shelly.castle@impeccablerideshare.com)(mailto:shelly.castle@impeccablerideshare.com). A nominal $20 return fee applies to compensate your driver and is only charged once your item is confirmed returned. After your driver locates your item, you’ll get a notification to arrange pickup or delivery. The driver will do their best to help you recover your lost item or arrange a return.
