For cancellations, a flat fee of 50% is charged. Please note that same-day cancellations are not refundable and incur a 100% charge.

We have booked an airport transfer, what happens if our flight is delayed?

Should there be an extended delay and I'm unavailable, I work with other taxi/limo services to ensure you’re picked up.

A nominal $20 return fee applies to compensate your driver and is only charged once your item is confirmed returned.
